Trying to remember the title of a fanfiction about Garrett from The Maine. (help, please?)

So, I remember the main character's name was Jersey. She was going to college in Arizona, and before that she had traveled the country in an RV with her parents. She wants to be a journalist. She meets Garrett, who's heartbroken after a recent breakup. And she has to write a paper for her psychology class, and she decides to do it on Garrett and his broken heart, without telling him, so she starts spending time together, they fall in love, yadda yadda, he finds out and they break up.

And then there's the sequel. It involves them all in Europe.

Anyone know the title or the author or something? this has really been bugging me.
