New Training Schedule , I Hope ..

So as I currently have zero motivation , and have been talking to Tara from work , I have decided that I'm going to give Army training a try .

It's a basic training schedule that I can do at home and hopefully get the best results possible . Seeing as I have considered joining the Navy or Army on more than one occasion , I find it nescesarry that I am atleast fit enough for if I decided to join . And if anyone has seen my motivation .. It's not very good .

So as of Monday I start the program which runs for four weeks , but if I fall into it pretty well I'm going to continue it for as long as I can and just increase the intensity of the workout .

But seeing as tomorrow is Sunday , I'm going to the gym when it opens and I'm going to try and stay for three hours seeing as I haven't been in ages .. ( whoops ). And the fact that I practically ate a whole dominos pizza on my own tonight doesn't help !

So I guess I need all the luck and motivation I can get , I want to look good for Summer !!!!
