My birthday was yesterday, and due to my friends' vacation and my scheduled plans with family, I'm not celebrating until later tonight. I'm simultaneously excited and apprehensive, knowing my friends.
To put it into perspective, when I turned 15, they snuck into my house, came into my room, woke me at 3 am, and took me to an IHOP. I didn't know that they were open 24 hours until that point.
Also, I came here to act as a beta, but a Harry Potter contest caught my eye and before I knew it, I'd written a story for it. It's ridiculous; I can't write for that fandom when it comes to main characters like Draco, Harry, Ron, and the like, but a story about Ollivander, of all people, works for me.
