Tumblr help

Hey there everybody:)
I'm in need of a new layout on Tumblr but to be frank I've always sucked at that sort of thing. So if anyone on here could possibly help me with it, I would love you forever and promote you or whatever you wanted.
Basically, I want the background to be country themed and have this picture:

incorperated somewhere in it. I know it will be a lot of work so I'd be willing to read a story of yours, promote you, or just do anything you like in return for this. It would be a big favor to me.
