Joss Whedon

I think that just because most of the stuff Joss Whedon writes is beyond the grasp of the narrow-minded people who watch TV doesn't mean that it's garbage. Dollhouse was a great show. And so was Firefly, and Serenity was a great movie. Buffy the Vampire Slayer was good, but just because it wasn't the pathetic soap opera-type show that's filled with who's dating who and who got who pregnant, all of them were cancelled. It think it's pathetic that people can't see the quality in that kind of writing. I, for one, am an ENORMOUS River Tam fan :3 If our generation could look past the mainstream crap that's always on every channel, maybe we'd have some substance.
