New Homecoming School Rules 'Controversy'

Now that my school has two female vice principals instead of one male and one female, they decided to change the rules at homecoming dances, such as:

1-No bumping, grinding, moshing and smashing (wtf is smashing by the way?)
2-Dresses have to be two inches below the knee.
3-No OVERLY PDA
4-If you leave the dance for any reason, you're not allowed back inside
5-Your dates have to be under 19 years old.

Okay, seems pretty simple, right? Then why the h*ll is my school going crazy with this?
I'm not a straight edge, not in the full sense at least, but when you can't walk to the table to get something to drink without the fear of somebody grinding on you, it's a little out of hand.

The PDA and the short dresses get carried away as well. Last year this couple was sitting on one of the benches inside, this girl was like all in this guys lap, undies showing to the world, as they practically groped.
Ew. Can't y'all get a room?

They don't want you to leave and then come back because they think you're going to smuggle in alcohol, which I doubt can happen since the refreshment table is always guarded by an army of teachers. As far as the age thing goes, it's the same thing. Older people can bring booze, and they don't want some 40 year old creep in the dance checking out all the girls. Okay yeah, I've dated someone over 19 before, but I can still see their point in it as teachers.

As for the students at my school, they're probably just having another teenage angst crisis due to the fact they can't act like it's a strip club anymore.
