Mysterious phone number

This 12 digit phone number keeps calling my phone. About a week ago I purchased a new phone, got my own account with Telus and had my cell number that was in my mothers name transfer-ed over. Ever since this number 112074932008 keeps calling my phone. I'm always working when they call so I decided to call them instead. This women picked up for 911. I kinda paniced and ended up hanging up.

I get wrong number calls all the time too... This man would call my phone and leave a message on my voice mail for a man named John even though it states my name before you leave a message. I got calls from 0000000000 alot too.
