Shreds

I just had all my hopes and dreams completely torn to shred by a girl on-line that I don't even know. This wasn't on MIbba, but it was on another writing website and I think she was trying to give me some constructive criticism, but it came out just mean. My story was terrible, but good. she liked it, but thought it was boring. (How are those things possible at the same time??? I don't understand...) So yeah, anyways i'm sitting in the public library right now, trying to hold it together.
And don't get me wrong, I am all for people commenting on my stuff if they are trying to help me improve, but not just to tear my work and me down.
Maybe I'm just being too emotional about this whole thing... What do you guys think?
