How am I supposed to get job experience when no on will hire me!?

It's so frustrating! I've got a "job" working in the nursery of my church, but apparently that's not an actual job... I've been applying online, and most of the online applications ask if you've had experience in whatever field, and when I answer no, I can't even fill out the rest of the application. It's ridiculous. I desperately need a job, but no one will hire me because of my lack of experience. It's not like you have to have a degree for most of these jobs (which I have). Ugh. It's just really annoying! I'm seriously at the end of my rope.
