Anyone know...?

Okay my boyfriend had a court date the 13th of september and he missed it. He was going to go in tomorrow to turn himself in, BUT the cops came and got him today like an hour ago. The charges were from awhile back. And they were something on the lines of resisting arrest and fighting or something like that. And I guess I'm asking if anyone knows what he is going through after they take him. What I mean is... Like where do they take him? What happens when he gets there? Does he go right to jail? Do they post a bail right away? Etc. etc.? Anyone know?
