The meaning of Ironic

So I was watching this beautiful video for Adele's song "Some like You"

the video takes place in Paris. City of Love.

The song is about heartbreak. A bittersweet heart break. You are happy that the love of your life as moved on and is happy but you still cling to your feelings. Thus you are torn inside wanting to be with said person, knowing its impossible, thus you have to force yourself to move on. But you are happy that your love has moved on and now will try yourself.

Now I find these two thing ironic that they are put together....so I leave the comment.
