need help deciding on topic!!!

so i am planning on writing a story well heres the thing i have two in mind. so i was curious on which sounds more interesting?
1# is about a professional fighter (name undecided) that his career is going to hell since he ripped a muscle. him and his wife and son (names undecided) go for a vacation to go get away from the stress and go to a small town of moose-ridge in a home in the docks. he just got the summer home and has noticed there are a few boxes left in the basement he finds a strange pen and notebook. with these anything he writes comes true but the first page shows rules saying he must relate it to the 7 sins and can't do good without a worse evil reaction. can't give too much away but basic idea

2# is a vampire hunter named Almaz and his wife to be (name undecided) gets murdered by a vampire. Almaz atempts to get revenge but he is unsuccesful and is left near dead. the vampire leaves him dying next to his dead fiance. Almaz swears she will be avenged and a demon appears in front of him offeri
