So in another 4 days, the last installment of 'The Inheritance Cycle' will be released. for those of you who don't know, the title is 'Inheritance' (not a very creative title since it's named after the series, or cycle.. Whatever, you get my point). The book is written by Chrisopher Paolini. Currently, the Cycle only has 3 books: Eragon, Eldest, and Brisingr. Eragon was published when he was just 15. I love his books sooo much! He is one of the biggest inspirations in my life (for writing that is..).
The only problem with this, is that I've been waiting way to long. Let's see, the first book was published in 2003 I think.. Yeah.. I've been waiting 8 years!! But in 4 measly days, I can finally buy and read it! I can't wait!!
Other problem (maybe not problem, but this ticks me off so much!) is that it was originally supposed to be a trilogy. However, his last book Brisingr got to long. So he split it off into two books. While I'm glad the story will be longer and it won't be to short.. Kinda peeved that it didn't end like I had hoped. But oh well. I love Paolini to much to hate him ^_^
