Have you ever run into an old friend?

When I was in high school, specifically ninth and tenth grade, I dated this guy on and off. We stayed friends when we weren't together, it's not like it was one of those awkward or bad break ups or anything like that. The last time we officially broke up it was mutual. When I told him I just wanted to be friends he just said, "can I at least have a hug?"

So anyway, I'm rambling. Haha. After tenth grade I moved and went to a different high school so we never saw each other. Occasionally we talked online, and he used to text me every now and then before my number changed and I never bothered giving him my new number, so we haven't talked in about two years.

Here's the funny part: I ran into him at the college campus today. So we're all hey what's up blah blah blah. He tells me he's gay and engaged. I was all "lolwut?" Not because I have a problem with him being gay, but because he seemed pretty damn straight in high school, haha. I just thought it was interesting.

It got me wondering what other people I used to talk to are up to now.
