I have decided I am going to eat one meal a day, and if I feel faint or severely hungry I will have a can of redbull or a chocolate bar.
Just wish I could be how I used to be. I know that when I see people now who I haven't seen in ages, they're looking at me thinking 'oh, she's gained weight.'
Dont get me wrong, I'm still slim. I weigh between 9 and a half and 10 stone last time I checked, and I'm 5'9. I'm perfectly healthy.
I just want to be happy and confident in myself.
