My problem isn't necessarily that, it's just I'm having trouble getting the story going past the first chapter. I have so many story ideas, and most of which have a thorough plot and I know how I want them to end and I know what kind of characters I need and everything.
But when it comes down to actually writing it, I blank. And my writing isn't as crisp as I'd like it to be, and even when I do accomplish more than just a first chapter, I immediately hate it and take it down.
Does anyone else have this problem? And if so, how do you get over it? What helps you?
