Potential in Inanimate Objects, Rather than Youth.

Potential. Stupid, awful potential seen in all of the wrong things; too much money spent on
inanimate objects that cannot love, that will not laugh, cry, and call someone by their name; that cannot say, "Hey, I can be something wondrous and grand one day."

We see an abandoned chair with tattered fabric on the street and think, "It has the potential to be something beautiful."

We see a homeless youth with tattered clothes on the street and think, "Don't make eye contact."

We need a revolution. Not a revolution of choice, but a revolution of consciousness.
