Alexander Westerfield

Xander was an interior designer paid by the estate agent to redesign the house before it's resale, the previous owner having done some serious damage to the inside of it before they were sectioned and the house put up for sale by their relatives. He took the job on, being quite fascinated by the building itself. When he finished the inside of the house, he turned his attention to the garden and grounds, turning his hand to landscaping for the first time. Xander had almost completed the outside when he was pushed into the pool and held under by an unseen person. His death was treated as a horrible accident and never looked into and the house stood empty for three years until Eric and Anna bought it.
