making a new story... i have some ideas. can you help me out?

i want to make a new story. i have two ideas but i cant decide which one to choose. here they are:

1. a girl has phasmophobia(the fear of ghosts). she lives in house that she believes in haunted and she's going crazy. her friend doesnt know what to do.

2. a girl is clairvoyant(look it up, too hard to explain) and is trying to comunicate with her father who just died. no one believes her though, and everyone thinks she is just crazy because of her father's death.

those are just ideas and they may change a bit. but which one doe you like the most??
please dont say something like "i cant decide, they are both so good!" give me a straight answer: the story you would most likely want to read. THANKS!!!
