Week 2

We went to the gym every day last week except the weekend. I found that running and walking in intervals is easiest. I spotted Cori on the bench press and she did the bar very easily. I think she is much stronger then she puts on. Jarred is doing so much weight that i think he is going to cause more harm then good to his body. I used the machines but 120 was a good steady weight for my strength training. I don't believe I've lost any weight but I'll check back in with any news. Until next time everyone peace!
