For the past two and a half years, you all have known me as Dezza.
There's something I need to come clean about.
I am not Dezza, and I am not eighteen. My real name is Kara, and I'm sixteen. I've lied about my name and age on writing sites since I was twelve, because I was insecure about my writing and my age, and I was terrified that my friends would find my stories and ostracize me. When I was twelve, I made a profile on Quizilla and picked up the alias "Desirae", a girl who was two years older than myself.
When I moved to Mibba at age fourteen/fifteen, I shorted it to "Dezza". I've used that name for more than two years. I've become Dezza.
I'm sorry I've lied to everyone on here for so long about my name and age. I've been wanting to tell the truth for months, and I just now plucked up the courage. I'm ashamed of myself and even though I do not want to leave Mibba, I am willing to delete my account if that is the popular opinion of what I should do.
I'm just so, so sorry.
