So I have this annoying habit

This problem. This dilemma. It is ruining me and put my writing forever at risk. I’m being serious.
I can’t help switching from present to past tense. IT IS KILLING ME. I can’t help it. I only notice when I re-read it several times when I’m spell checking. I don’t how to stop this. It makes me so agitated and annoyed with myself.
I also occasionally switch from first person to third person. Sob. What do I do…
