help with clothes

so today im giving away most of my clothes to friends at the boys and girls club and im supposed to get all new clothes, some i'll get in new york some i wont, i have to spend about $100 of it on mr.cary,ms.kay,katrina and brittany so i have a $1,100 budget i dont wanna spend over $30 per item and id love atleast $75 left over but i need ur guys help, suggestions on what to buy, links to clothes you think i'd wear thats $30 or less, names of stores in New York City that has awesome clothes

tye dye
band tee's
jeans
glitter
peace signs
button up shirts
neon colors
glow in the dark stuff
hello kitty and panda stuff, i'd like some invader zim and scooby doo stuff
multicolored leopard and zebra print
mini skirts with leggings, i love ripped leggings
bracelets: kandi,band bracelets,bangles
strawberry stuff in general
lipgloss/lipbalm
natural stuff
