A contest that I always join in every year.... I am so incredibly happy after I received a letter from them telling me that I have made it to the very top list! It will be until May 2012 when I find out if I had won this contest or not.
But it isn't about winning a contest or not, seeing my name in this letter attatched to the great news was the best thing that could ever lift my spirit up. After reading it, I was so proud of myself and I felt great about myself (something that rarely happens) I honestly don't care if I don't win or if I do. I made it this far, for the very first time!
The poem that I entered was my Love, The Tongue of Flame poem and even though not many have read it, I do not mind. As long as I see there are some people in this world who took their time to read it is all that matters.
Thank you, to those who did it + to my friends + family who really encouraged me to do this, without their help I would never reach to becoming a published writer. Even if Im sharing the book with many others, I am absolutely happy to hear about this ~
