Why can't I find any of my old friends?

I went to a school before the school i was at then and now they are seventh graders but i don't know how to find them and to talk to them. I miss them a lot and I wish they were here they were my friends and I still miss my ex bf not the most recent the on i had a while ago. He treated me so well I also miss this boy i had a crush on. Why don't I know my self any more why dont i know my friends grrrrrrr. I <3 you guys nh <3
