Leap year this year. Finally get a real birthday today. Had to wait 4 years.
Turned 7.. but also 28.
Went to a fancy restaurant. Had a lovely meal. Found out my Chef teacher works there.. didn't realize he worked at that hotel.
Anyway I had
Crab cakes
Roasted duck, with veggies, and potatoes
Creme Brulee
Also brought my Angel Food Cake (they charged us to eat it there..)
And they also gave me a plate that says Happy Birthday in chocolate, and 2 truffles.. I don't like truffles.. not a chocolate fan.. But the meal was good, and my friend paid.. Didn't know he was going to.. Very nice.
