One Good Thing About A Period

THANK GOD. It also tells me how far I am capable of going when me and my boyfriend do things.

This is my first boyfriend, and also the guy who took my virginity. He's all the guy I love with all my heart. I have been really nervous each month that we do anything and my period comes late. But this time it didn't. And did I thank the God above.

But that was yesterday. Now I hate it... Pamprin, you're not helping me, and I got a week of this left.

Do you guys know of any remedies that I could try that would help me with cramps?
