So I've never really tried to write an original fic, I'm always doing fanfiction to do with bands or things like that...but I've decided to give it a try.
So I've decided to base the story on an experience I've had, so the story will be based off me and my friends and family... I was just wondering, would I use the real names of my friends and family, or should I change them.
At the minute I'm using the real names, but when it comes to posting it, should I change them to something else, I mean I know a lot of authors change the names of the characters they have based on real people..
Help?
Anyone got any suggestions for original fics?
Anyone want to give me tips?
