Went to my first concert, now my ears wont stop ringing. will it go away?

So I went to my first concert Sunday, I saw Rise Against and I forgot to put in ear plugs. Now my ears wont stop ringing, they have been ringing for about a day now. Will this go away?... I’m really concerned about it, I know I have probably damaged my ears but I really want the ringing to stop, so will it?

Dam I need 64 more words....hummm I really don’t know what to put here I’m not a very interesting person Legend of Korra started up Saturday it was awesome, I loved Avatar the Last Airbender and now a new show I have to admit I’ve become rather obsessed with it and I can't wait for The Avengers to come out.....
