Time and Character Naming

It seems that now I never have enough time. I've been so busy lately with work and friends that there is never enough time to just sit down and write or read. It makes me feel bad because I know there are people who are waiting to read my updates. I'm trying really hard to make time for them, but it's getting a little difficult. I really appreciate my readers who have stuck around. The updates are coming I swear! I've got a couple partially written, i'm just working on getting a chance to finish writing them.

I also have upcoming stories that I've been working on that have taken up a lot of my time, because it seems they are all I can focus on. I am really excited for them but I still don't get a lot of time to update anymore, so I probably won't even start posting those until I'm a few chapters in. I'm still trying to get back on track with my writing and character development.

I'll write another journal soon explaining the in depth process I use to develop my characters, when writing original fiction, because it is a really interesting process. I try to think about EVERYTHING.

I also had a question for anyone who has an answer. How do you name your characters? I've just been curious on how other people chose the names they use. To me, I think of the names as like I'm naming a child. The character is going to have this name forever, so I don't want to give it a name I'm going to regret giving it. Just let me know I'd love to here where you guys get your inspiration and I'll talk more about how I name my characters in another journal.
