My ex roommate came up today to see me. :) Mostly to discuss our plans for Rockfest which we hardly discussed. Anyway, I was in my room and started hearing light stomping and began thinking "She's here", so I hear it get closer to my room and finally she just comes in and lays on my bed. xD I started where I left off on my Degrassi movie I was playing on my laptop and made her watch it. Lol.
Then we went to Ihop since we were both hungry, talked there for a bit about stuff. I tried to get her to take us to go see Titanic or The Lucky One but she didn't want to so we didn't.
Then went to the mall, stopped in Hot Topic, Bath and Body Works, Claires and Icings there. I got 5 anti-bacterial hand sanitizers and a lotion for only $6.50.
After the mall we went to Best Buy to check out the cds and dvds. I ended up getting The Vampire Diaries season 2 for only $19, Gilmore Girls season 2 for $15, and Nirvana's "In Utero" which was only $4.99.
I was originally going to get a Bruce Springsteen and another cd that I can't remember the name of, but only had $53 on me and it was like $53 so I was like "psh" and asked the cashier to take off those two cds. Then we went back to the dorms and watched a movie in the suite since she was like "I kind of just want to get a movie and watch it back at the suite" so I was like "Okay.". Then she asked me what I had and I told her. We decided on watching 10 Things I Hate About You then The Lion King 2.
After I started the third movie, The Last Kiss she tells me she has plans at 11. -_- To go see a friend. I was like "Why would you tell me this after I put the movie in?" She's like "I don't know, I forgot".
So after 20 minutes of that we went to Starbucks, I asked her to take me to Arby's since we were originally supposed to go to Orange Leaf (Frozen yogurt place) but she didn't want to and she had to get her friend a drink. While going through the Arby's drive through we decided what to do...
Since I live closest to the concert and she would have to come get me, she's going to work until 11 the Friday night before the concert, then come to my city and crash there (it's 3 hours away) then we're going to wake up super early, like 9:39, get ready, get something to eat, then go to the all day festival called Rockfest.
It's going to be amazing. I'm super excited. Then we're going to eat something after the concert since she has to drive back to my house since I can't drive. Crash there. Then she may or may not be coming to church with me that Sunday since I may or may not be going and she may or may not have to be to work at three...
Anyway, that was my day. :) Now I will eat my Arby's, drink my Starbucks, listen to my new Nirvana CD and be happy for the rest of the night before going to sleep at 12. I have to get a book and write a paper for Monday, so there will be an all-nighter tomorrow...
So that will be...fun. I'm so happy I saw my friend. Lol. We had our typical arguments over stuff and it was all cool. She hung out for like...7 and a half hours.
So yeah...that's my day and night. It was good. I'm officially waited to finish this semester off on a good note. Hopefully I get everything I need done and do well on finals... I need to study a bunch tomorrow when I'm not reading the book/writing my paper for Lit. It just has to be emailed to the prof, we don't have to go to class that day.
