layouts for this jank?

hello people.

i guess i'm new here since i just joined about .5 minutes ago. but jesus christ, the default layouts or w/e are ugly as a beep man, i don't think i can handle being represented by it for one more minute..

orange and blue, and ugly shades of the colors at that, do not belong together...

anybody know where i can get a layout or something? i know you can have them cause i saw somebody with one. im confused

this is like some old site like myspace or something, it seems like.

i just need a base or something that i can tweek because i have no idea what kind of codes to use for this beep.

anyway yeah, help?
