I took the medicine when I was thirteen for extreme insomnia where I usually only slept for half an hour. Well I also was also Schizophrenic back then, and I get these extreme day dreams from the lack of sleep.

Well one day, I had this crazy mind dream where I needed the fucking Ativan and here's what the point of this journal is....

Im only saying this because only my sister knows and luckily I didnt have to go to the hospital because I didnt take that many pills. But I need to tell the secret. Its a burden on me.
