Can you stalk people in a video game?

So, I'm huge into playing Assassin's Creed Revelations, the multi-player. I have about 5 or so friends that play it also. I have a friend on xbox and all day today, I've been going on, playing a few matches then shutting it off and going on like an hour later.

Well every time I start to play this kid pops up in my game. Every single time. Now I don't know if it's just coincidence or if he's somehow getting into my sessions. I don't know how he would do that because I didn't think you could do that. Though I do have a beacon so people know I want to play it so it could be like a link sort of thing that can bring someone into my game.

But it freaky how he keeps popping up. I don't mind playing with him, I just find it weird...

In other Assassin's Creed news, you have these "dares" where you try to beat your friends scores. Well one friend, Jeremy, had a score of 9950. Well, I thought he had 9940 so when I got 9950 in a game, I was so happy cause I thought I beat him... Well I didn't. I tied him which, unfortunately, meant I didn't beat the dare. Do you know how mad I am? If I would have gotten that stupid stun at the last second I would have beaten his score.
