UGH stupid story layouts

Okay so I just clicked my new story that I just updated and found out that the story layout is having some issues. I was like no problem I'll just fix the problem, no worries. BUT NO this story layout is just completely shitty and I guess its really old or some shit like that. So I decided to just make a new story layout for my new story since I was finally starting to update it. So I go along and make the whole thing but now I can't align the text with the background for the words. It keeps spilling off the edge and the chapters inside is WAY too short....can someone PLEASE help me
