My goal starting tomorrow is to go for a 15 minute walk everyday (as a start). I'm sick of feeling so lazy and gross and sitting around all day. It's terrible for you and I feel terrible doing it. Therefore I'm going to do something about it.

Anyway, I feel like I need something to keep me motivated so I don't give up after two days of doing it. Any suggestions?
