I'm confused and a little pissed

Okay. So this new mibba is so freaking frustrating. Only because I'm an idiot. I can't figure out how to make a new story layout. It's so much more difficult and I honestly just don't know how to work it. Like, the color thing is just blank....I just don't know what to do.

So if any of you smat people could help me, but speak in idiot terms so I can understand, that'd be great. (:

Did they ever post something about how to do it, and I just missed it? Because I don't see why they would just make things dificult and not help us out. But I can't find anthing. So if any of you have a link to something explaining how to use the layout maker thing let me know. (:

I finished a story today, and I'm so happy about it. It was my favorite one, actually. IF ONLY I COULD MAKE A LAYOUT FOR THE SEQUAL.
