Day 1

totally tedious, and i do not know why i do this to myself.

however, i found the strength to bake some cupcakes! they turned out pretty well!
i'll have the pictures of this proof uploaded after this.
since today was rainy in my area, the weather was perfect for baking, and i could not let this opportunity pass by since it is summer. normally the hot weather discourages me from baking because the heat gets trapped in the kitchen then the rest of the family starts complaining that it's too hot, and yeah... we won't go there.

these cupcakes are chocolate on the bottom with s surprise oreo cookie on their bottoms, topped with mint frosting! yum!
