Being Ignored By Your Mom:

So today is Fathers Day and my dad has to work, but that's not the problem. The real problem is that we went out to dinner last night and my dad, little brother and I were joking around with my mom and she took it to heart. Now she is ignoring me.

What really buggs me is not that she couldn't take a joke, but the fact that she is still talking to my dad and brother, but not to me.

My dad is the one who started the whole thing and dragged me into the joke, then I dragged my brother in. I don't understand why she has to pick on me, because it makes me feel like it's my fault, even though I was the only one who apologized for the joke the night before.

I can't believe my mother is refusing to talk to me and is pretending like I'm not even there. She used to get mad at me every single day for stupid shit last year and I guess we are going back to that.

I would have thought that my mom should know by know how much I love her considering I'm the one who always goes everywhere with her and is always there for her.

Learn to take a joke. Seriously, let it go. I thought you were the adult here, but you're acting like a child.
