Stuck

For the past few months, I've been so busy with school, I haven't really written anything.
It's terrible, because, now that I have time to write, I just can't. I'm out of practice, and everything I write sounds wrong. The plots are cliche, or just down-right shitty.
I usually use music as an inspiration, but even that seems to be failing me right now.
I've tried my NaNoWriMo tactics; moving around the house, sitting outside. If it wasn't for the fact that my laptop battery is on its' last legs, I would probably sit in the park, just for a new piece of scenery.

Not writing is just not an option for me. I still get ideas, and little sparks of inspiration, but nothing that will evolve into a story.

So, tell me; what gets you motivated? What makes those cogs turn in your brain, and forces your hands to move?
