Avengers Fic

So I've been writing my Avenger fic, rather religiously. Seriously I've concentrated on this story for over a week non-stop, I hit ruts but that's not a big deal they're plot mostly.

Steve freaking Rogers though, I have such a hard time writing him! I can't stand it, I feel like I’m butchering his character. Tony, so easy to write, Steve not so much though.

I do love writing the story, scouts honor. Writing for people who have been played on screen is always tricky, I want to do them justice.

If someone could help that would be great, maybe I just need someone to bounce ideas off or something, I honestly have no idea. Maybe I could try writing a few one-shots to get things going, the creative juices anyways. Does anyone else hit walls like this when a character is involved, when you try to do them justice?

I don’t know its probably because it’s a romance, I don’t want to have every mushy and what not. But seriously, if only I could write polite and demur as well as I can bang out Tony’s sarcastic comments.

I guess this is a bit of a cry for help.

Does anyone have any tips for not making Capsicle sound like an ass?
