Calling all Mibbians

I'm in an AP English class, sophomore to be exact. I moved to Kansas this summer so I wasn't informed about the summer reading assignment, therefore I didn't do it. On the first day of school, the teacher basically told me I'd just read the book and receive different deadlines than everyone else. The problem? I FREAKING HATE THIS STUPID BOOK. I respect all literature, don't get me wrong, but I've never disliked a book this much.

The book is called The Once and Future King, and I just don't understand it. The writing is too hard for me. I'm not a cheater, but I've even tried Spark Notes. I just can't understand it and there's nothing I can do about it. My first assignment is due in about a week and I REALLY need help. It's just a study guide, but still.
