You've lost weight!

So, not too much has changed weight wise since my last post but I've been noticing a bit more of an over all tone which is greatly needed, at this point 50lbs closer to my goal weight there is a little too much loose skin going on for my taste.

And the best part is that other people are noticing too! I always feels great to hear from family/friends/co-workers "You've lost weight" or "You're toning up". Too bad my arms/thighs/lower abdomen aren't exactly on the same page as everywhere else.

I've never been a workout enthusiast or anything so I really don't know what I"m doing most of the time when it comes to weight training, so I've been sticking to running hoping that the more I do that the more my body will bounce back so to speak. Good thing about being young is the skins natural elasticity, right? Still it would be nice to know that I'm not screwing myself over by doing certain exercises incorrectly.

In regards to my previous post, or as I like to call it "rant" about the perils of clothing when losing weight. I've decided to stick with yoga pants and sundresses at least for the summer/fall there's no point in wasting money on stuff that isn't going to fit me in another month. It's still annoying shopping for clothes at this point but there's nothing else to do about it since I want to keep working on this.

I'm hoping to be as close to my goal weight by my 25th birthday, it's a year and 3 months away so I know I can do this the healthy way. I just want a Drivers license with my real weight and a picture that is somewhat flattering, I know I know it's a long shot on the flattering picture but a girl can hope right?
