New to this

Well Hello,
I am new to this but one thing is for sure and that is that I love to write poetry. It’s my escape from the world and allows me to be the real me.
Tell me what you think, I want all the help I can get so that I can improve my writing and one day get published!
I started when I was in the 8th grade and my teacher had us doing assignments about poetry, from then on i have been writing. I have about 60 in my journal but some are too short to put on here i think, and some are not interesting at all.
Let me know if you like my writing and want me to add more and you can be the judge of the other stuff I have.
