why haven't there been any of my story updates?

Apart from the usual "I work two jobs" excuse I've had, I recently discovered I have tendonitis in my (writing) hand. So that pain has made my ability to write limited.
On top of that, however, I recently (as in, this happened on Tuesday night), sprained my wrist...then worked for three days on it before the excruciating pain led me to get it checked out, and have this explained to me. I'm currently typing this with one hand, and I doubt I'll have the chance to truly write anything until I'm off pain meds and can move my arm again.
I don't know if any of my readers are even going to see this or read it, but I figured the explanation was necessary in case any of you stumble across this and have been wondering what's been the progress on my stories.
