Banners?

It's seriously time for me to learn how to successfully create a banner for my story that wasn't made on polyvore!

I was wondering what programs all of you use?

I would love to know so I can find the best one to use! Please let me know whether or not it's easy to use, because I'm a little bit Photoshop impaired!

So yeah, please you guys! Let me know which program would be the best to use!

Hopefully I'll be able to figure it out and start making some awesome banners! :)
