Cuisine: A Type of Canadian Lasagna? No.

So on the first day of school in History, (my favorite class with my favorite teacher who likes The Lumineers) Mr. S asked us if we did anything interesting over the summer. This girl (let's call her Tina) raises her hand and tells him that she went to Canada with her family in June.

Mr. S replies, "Did you sample any of the fine Canadian cuisine while you were there?" (He has a very dry sense of humor.)

And Tina actually responds, "Wait.. What is cuisine? Is that some type of, like, Canadian lasagna or something?"

She. Actually. Said. That.

I facepalmed so hard that everyone turned to look at me.
