Don't know what you got until its gone

The things I took for granted before the car accident are things that I will really appreciate when I get the use of my left arm again. From washing your hair in the shower to even getting the cap off the stupid toothpaste, things that took me seconds now take me at least 10 times as long.

Typing is no exception, I can type without looking, but now its one finger typing with one hand while I search for keys. So many ideas are in my head for story updates and I'm trying to write them down in a notebook but all I want to do is just hop on here and post.

And we're only one full day into recovery from my shoulder surgery, its going to be a looooooooooong 6 weeks.
