Writers Block

I just sat down to work on Rocking the House only to stare at a blank page for nearly an hour. Writers block. My biggest fear. I have a general vague idea of how I want it to go but I am completely stuck when it comes to writing it down. So frustrating. Does anyone have any ideas on how to overcome my writers block? I love this story so much and it kills me that I can't work on it because my brain is being stupid. IF you have any suggestions on what you'd like to see happen let me know, because maybe having a new idea will help me get past the old one that I'm stuck on.
