Need help with a scholarship essay.

For one of the scholarships I'm applying for, I have to write a 100-200 word essay and the questions asks whether I'm a leader, a follower, a thinker, or a doer. I'm having trouble thinking of how to start it and how to make it a good essay but still 100-200 words. Could I get some guidance please?

There's also one that asks how my life, extra curriculars, and volunteer service has influenced my goals and career plans. I feel like I'm bullcrapping that essay so much that it doesn't even sound good. I haven't even finished it because it's so bad. Should I just do it as is and bam, done? Or what?

I hate scholarship essays.
